The headless clone of Agnew was created presumably in 3012 to replace the original Agnew after he was killed by being run over with a golf cart in Into the Wild Green Yonder. The Agnew clone's vice presidency contradicts "The Futurama Holiday Spectacular", where Dick Cheney is seen serving as vice president, though Cheney may have been an acting vice president while the Agnew clone was being created.

Trivia
- Like his predecessor, his body has been preserved without his head, instead of the other way around.
- Also like hes predecessor, he can be heard making noises, but it would seem he does not have vocal cords as almost all of his neck is missing.
